Slow check-in process should be streamlined!!! Inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance made for a less than ideal experience!!! The lack of nearby entertainment options also left much to be desired!!!

My recent stay was enjoyable, particularly due to the beautiful surroundings and the amazing ocean views from the El Mirador restaurant. However, the service at some dining venues lacked attentiveness, where staff seemed overwhelmed and not focused on guests’ needs. While I appreciated the spacious room and luxury amenities, the inconsistencies in service levels disappointed me overall.

Our stay was enjoyable overall, thanks to the stunning pool views from our room and attentive staff at breakfast. However, dining options felt overpriced, and special requests were overlooked. Remember to secure reservations for dinner and explore local eateries for a better value!

great stay with a minor hiccup

Our room had a wonderful ambiance and was impressively large. The service from Victor in the lobby bar was particularly outstanding and made our stay even more enjoyable. The gardens surrounding the property felt lush and serene, creating a little paradise to escape to after a long day. The beautiful sea view from the beach bar added to the relaxing atmosphere for the evenings.

One downside was the restaurant prices, which felt a bit high for the overall dining options.

Perfect for a family adventure

The staff were excellent, always ready to help, especially one waiter named George who created little play areas for our kids at the family pool. We spent our entire time at the pool, and enjoyed very nice meals at various restaurants. One night, the kids club kept our little ones entertained while we had a romantic dinner at El Mirador with fine views, can't beat that!

It wasn’t cheap, but considering the service, it was tolerable.

We had an amazing family vacation with our five kids! The pools were spectacular, especially the kids' pool, which was perfect for them. The dining options were varied and delicious—we especially loved the seafood with stunning ocean views. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, there should be more activities for younger kids under four.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored Mount Teide and enjoyed the beautiful beaches. The pools and friendly staff made it a great stay. Just keep in mind, service can be a bit slow at times, but overall, it was a fantastic getaway.

One downside was the dining experience, particularly the seafood. I found it a bit off, which was disappointing.

I was blown away by the amazing views from my room that overlooked lush green landscapes and the serene ocean. The Mirador restaurant served food that not only tasted heavenly but also came with the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen! Seriously, I just couldn’t get enough of the attentive staff. 🌅

Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely long and frustrating. I found myself waiting for nearly an hour to finally get my room, which was disappointing after a long journey. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful during busy periods, making me feel neglected with my requests.

My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton was a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally attentive, providing seamless service from check-in to check-out. The facilities were impressive, including multiple pools and dining options with panoramic views. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the dining, especially at El Mirador, which offered a fantastic buffet along with delicious a la carte options.

The hotel's remote location necessitates a car for exploring the area.
